1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using J2z.com ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Faisal ('we', 'us', 'our') as an individual sole proprietor.

2. Description of Service

J2z provides URL shortening, QR code generation, and bio-link page services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to create, share, or redirect to content that is:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content of any kind
• Related to gambling, betting, lotteries, or games of chance
• Promoting, selling, or distributing illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Phishing, fraud, deceptive practices, or attempts to steal user data
• Inciting violence, terrorism, or any form of harm to individuals or groups
• Containing malware, viruses, spyware, or any malicious software
• Infringing on intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights
• Harassing, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory toward any person or group
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to disable, remove, or redirect any link, QR code, or bio page that violates these Terms, without notice. We may also suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including the J2z brand, logo, design, and software, belong to us. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it as needed to provide the Service.

7. Analytics & Data

We collect click data (timestamp, country, device type, browser, referrer) for every short link and QR scan. This data is available to you in your dashboard. We do not sell personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Free Service & No Warranty

The Service is provided free of charge, 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your data may be deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
